| Engaged in the construction business since age
15, Mason holds a degree in Architecture from U.Va. He is very active
in community and industry service, having served on the board of
the local Chamber of Commerce, as well as founding a regional NARI
chapter. Mason was named Professional Remodeler
Magazine’s Remodeler of the Year in 2001. |

| Mason and his wife, Brooke, stay busy with three
children and a home that is always in need of their interests in gardening
and renovation. He is motivated by building a good life for his family,
as well as for the families of company employees. He finds great joy
in creatively re-thinking how a customer’s house may be made
into a home, uniquely of their own. |

| His mission is to lead the HomeMasons team toward
continuous improvement in their vision of world-class service. |
